An Extraordinary Selection

Which home qualifies as an exclusive home? Typically that is a judgment made by someone who would love to live in a home like that. To the owner’s perception the home usually is not perceived to be that extraordinary. That’s exactly why it is hard to set fixed criteria on what qualifies as an exclusive home. There is no arguing about taste.

At ERA we have opted for the following criteria.

Any ERA Exclusive home is a home listed for twice or three times the average asking price of the area in which it is located. However it is not only the asking price that is decisive. Sometimes it is the architectural style, the location, the history of the home, or a combination of all of the above, that makes it unique in such a way that we can rightly denominate the home as an exclusive home.
