But the ERA brokers, inventors of the traditional Open House Route, are therefore launching an alternative, the Virtual Open House Route.

Still able to view houses, but not have to leave the house. This is possible via the Virtual Open House Route.

Normally, during the ERA Open House Route, sellers open their house to anyone who wants to see the inside. You could always find the participating houses on the special ERA Open Huizen Route website. Now all houses with a virtual tour or a home video can be found there for a first impression. If you have a 'virtual' click with a house, please contact us for a personal viewing.
